The Top 10 Classic Seinfeld Scenes

With so many classic scenes to choose from, it wasn't easy, and I needed some help.  But without further hesitation, here are the top 10 Seinfeld scenes of all time.  It's a Festivus miracle!

1.)           The Contest - Who is master of his (and her) domain?

2.)           Soup Nazi - No soup for you!!!

3.)           The Junior Mint - "They’re very refreshing!"

4.)           The Hamptons - Shrinkage, need I say more?

5.)           The Marine Biologist - George finds himself caught in a lie, on top of a whale. The self-proclaimed Marine Biologist saves the whale from a Titleist.

6.)           Muffin Tops - “Top of the Muffin to You!” Everyone, even the homeless shelter, is offended by the offering of muffin stumps. Alongside a glass of milk, Newman is the hero.

7.)           The Alternate Side - “These Pretzels, are making me thirsty!”

8.)           The Bro - A BroCave classic! “A Bra is for ladies, meet ‘The Bro’.”

9.)           The Face Painter - Puddy paints his face in support for the New Jersey Devils. “El Diablo!”

10.)     The Jimmy - Famous musician Mel Tormé dedicates his standby song When You're Smiling, to a joyous slurring Kramer at a benefit for the Able Mentally Challenged Adults (AMCA).

Final Episode of The Office Leaked?

In honor of this being a Thursday, also known as the day that The Office is on NBC at 9 PM, The BroCave brings you a special find.  Lesson; do not piss off John Krasinski.  Fellow blogger Jason Brandonman, a disgruntled former employee of The Office who claims he was fired for a "smoothie incident" with Krasinski has posted a copy of the what is said to be the actual script of Michael Scott's final episode.  Initially I swore to myself as a true fan of The Office, that I would not cheat by reading the script before the episode was aired, but I couldn't resist the urge.

If you follow the show religiously, you know that it isn't any surprise when insanity ensues on the show, which is what makes the show great, and that's why it has already been on television for 7 seasons.  The leaked script was surprising in many ways, but I'm actually proud to say I called it for one part of the story, which I won't specifically talk about on here just in case you choose not to read it.  But this is probably the most obnoxious episode ever.

More and more often it seems like The Office has just been stalling with senseless episodes that don't really connect with each other, but there is one aspect of the story that does connect, the Holly-Michael relationship.  I know I'm teasing, but if you have better self discipline than I do, you won't read the potential script.  However, if you do decide to read it, I guarantee your mind will be blown.  Expect the unexpected.

Even after reading it multiple times, I'm still not sure if the script is real of fake, but either way it is VERY entertaining. You'll see from the comments left by readers on Brandonman's blog post that there are reasons to question the authenticity.  Waiting for the final episode of the season will prove to be the only true answer to whether the script is authentic or not.  With NBC seeming to stall by playing repeat episodes instead of new ones, the answer may come later rather than sooner.  Let's just hope there are more seasons to come, with or without Michael Scott as branch manager.

Thanks to Bill from Strong Island for the tip.

Ferrell to the Office!

Will Ferrell is The Office's latest sign, jumping on board for the final 4 episodes of this season.  Ferrell will be reuniting with his Anchorman counterpart Steve Carell (Brick) for three episodes, and one episode following Carell's early exit from the show.  Kind of makes you wonder if the show will be coming back with Ferrell, someone else like Ricky Gervais, or not at all.

We are proud to continue ‘The Office’s’ tradition of discovering famous talent, and we hope that once America gets a good look at Will, they’ll see what we see: tremendous raw sexuality”, said Paul Lieberstein, the Executive Producer of the show who also plays Toby.

In the past The Office has been tricky so I'm not prepared to rule out Ricky Gervais as the next, and original Scranton Branch Manager.  It's possible that Ferrell is just there for ratings and to throw the show's fans off of the fact that Gervais only appeared in the very beginning of this week's episode where he and Michael Scott adored each other's similarities.  Only time will tell what's to come for The Office.

Who Needs the Giants in the Playoffs When You Can Watch them on Silent Library

I recently came across this episode of MTV's Silent Library. The object of the game is to complete insanely funny and stupid challenges without making any noise. If you do that then you win a certain amount of money.

In this episode, six members of the New York Giants played the game. Big boys Kevin Boss, Shaun O'Hara, Chris Snee, Rich Seubert, Dave Tollefson and David Diehl all participated. The first challenge was for Kevin Boss. He had to endure 30 seconds of some teethless old guy nibbling on his ear. Dave Tollefson had to drink blended fried calamari, spaghetti and sauce, tiramasu and red wine. David Diehl had to have a teammate fling a rubber wire onto his chest. These first three were unsuccessful. They would later go on to be given all the possible winnings you could earn in the show because they were playing for charity.

The funniest of all the events involved Shaun O'Hara. He had to pedal a bike and tennis balls would fall down into a pitching machine and fire at his head. I couldn't stop laughing. For thirty seconds the Giants offensive lineman is being pelted with these balls. As a fan of the Gmen, this is by far the funniest episode of this show for me.

Even though the show made me smile it still doesn't let me forget about the Giants meltdown in the last three weeks of the season. If you haven't seen this episode click the link and enjoy a funny episode of Silent Library. Let us know what you think.

Happy Festivus Bros!

Today, December 23, is a very special day. It is in fact a Festivus for the rest of us, as Frank Costanza would say.  Any true Seinfeld fan knows exactly what I'm talking about.  If you don't like Seinfeld, try it out, the "Soup Nazi" is another classic.  Happy Festivus. Gather around the Festivus pole, eat dinner at 7:30, Airing of Grievances right after, and the Feats of Strength 9 PM. Do ittt.
